Scrambled tofu and garlic -

you lay the tofu on the counter(on a plate er cutting board) at an angle so it drains

cover with napkin/towel, etc, and then put a weight on top

the water will squeeze out and drain away(obviously aim it toward the sink er something)

this is a texture thing...

Someone also said that you are supposed to squeeze the moisture out but that doesn't look possible (sqoosh), do you? Potatoes sounds good in it too...fraggle <EBbrewpunx wrote:
