Guest guest
We went to Cornwall for the weekend - stayed at the same B & B that we visited last July. We had a lovely time. On Saturday (lovely sunshine) we visited Padstow, and Polzeath, then went to our B & B - had a wonderful dinner - potato and leek soup, butterbean and mushroom casserole with roast potatoes, roast vegetables (green pepper, red pepper, courgettes, parsnips, onion) and broccoli, followed by chocolate sorbet with rasperries. For breakfast I had fresh fruit salad with soya yogurt, newly made bread, and baked beans, potato rosti and tomatoes (could also have had sausage, mushrooms etc.) On Sunday (pouring with rain) we went to the nearby coast - Trebarwith strand, and then on to Boscastle. Back to work today, but it was a good weekend. Jo

Guest guest
That sounds like a good weekend, apart from the public transport and parking! I presume Hardskin in a band, not a film? Black Diamond Mines Natioal Park sounds intriguing. Guest guest
As a contrast, I'm reading High Wizardry (Diane Duane, a recommendation by my son) and The Complete Idiots Guide To Being Vegetarian. Considerably less chewing on these books than the kind frag reads...fraggle <EBbrewpunx wrote: >Whatcha reading?the Jews, a history of a peoplepeople's history of sciencecities (as the title sez, a history of cities)cheersfraggle>Nikki >>>>>>>To send an email to - >
