Guest guest Posted October 31, 2007 Report Share Posted October 31, 2007 Spicy Mexican Marinade for Vegetables 3/4 cup tomato juice 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded 2 cloves garlic, minced juice of 1 lime leaves from 10 sprigs cilantro 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon chile powder 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon salt Combine all ingredients well in food processor fitted with metal blade or in blender.
