Guest guest Posted November 4, 2007 Report Share Posted November 4, 2007 @@@@@ Spicy Greek Cabbage Salad 4 cups shredded white cabbage 2 carrots, shredded 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 small bunch parsley, finely chopped 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 3 Tbs Greek honey 2 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil Combine the cabbage, carrot, garlic and parsley in a serving bowl. Whisk together the vinegar, honey and olive oil and pour in to the salad. Season with salt and pepper and toss. Serve immediately.
