Tenpeh Salisbury Steak Recipe ?

 

 

In the recipe in the files it doesn't specify the amount of tempeh used. I am

assuming it is one of the standard 8 ounce packages? It looks yummy and I want

to try it this weekend. Also, it calls for the multigrain tempeh and I have the

soy. Does it make a difference?
