Guest guest
Hello Vegan & GF persons I use apple cider & white vinegars, I always check labels though. Malt vinegar is NOT gluten free. Ive gotten lists from the local grocery When in doubt, contact the manufacturer directly. However in general, I am under the impression that apple cider vinegar is gf. I use two different kinds in my cooking regularly. As far as I know, the only type that comes under question is white vinegar which can be made from assorted grains. However, Heinz has told us they use corn as the base for their's, so they promote it as gf. Deborah The best gets better. See why everyone is raving about the All-new Mail.
