Guest guest
This is a variation on the Baked Apple-Raisin Oatmeal that Roxy posted a little while ago. Since we've been snarfling it down so happily I thought I'd go ahead and post it 1-1/3 cups rolled oats a generous handful of cranberries (Dried are good, too) a handful of walnuts 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ¼-1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 2 cups water 2 medium unpeeled tart apples, chopped (2 cups) In a deep baking dish or casserole, stir everything together. Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes at 350°F.
