deviled egg wanna bes

Thanks for the idea on making no egg deviled eggs. I tweaked it a

little bit by slicing the tofu into bite size pieces and frying them

in a little oil to a light golden color and then making the mashed

potatoes the way i normally do the egg yolks. They were a hit. We are

taking them to church potluck (all our church potlucks are vegetarian)

to see how well the go over. I think that everyone will love them.

I just love this idea. I am going to make some for Thanksgiving. The

children will be thrilled with the idea.
