Guest guest Posted November 17, 2007 Report Share Posted November 17, 2007 This is my holiday veggie salad Cauliflower and Broccoli Crunch Salad 5 cups sliced broccoli florets 4 cups sliced cauliflower florets 1 small red onion, thinly sliced 1 cup light mayo or Veganaise 1 cup light sour cream 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. white vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper dash Worcestershire sauce or Tabasco sauce In large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower and onion. Stir together mayo, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce or Tabasco sauce; pour over vegetables and toss. (Salad can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 hours.) It looks so festive.
