This is a very good bread.

Unusual too.

 

Hummus Bread (Bread Machine)

 

 

2 1/2 ts yeast

3 ts dough enhancer (optional)

2 c all purpose flour

1 c white wheat flour

1 1/2 ts sugar

1 1/2 ts salt

1/3 c toasted sesame seeds

3/4 c milk

1 c prepared hummus

1/4 c garlic oil

1 large egg

 

Instructions:

 

Place all the ingredients in the bread machine.

Program for White Bread and press st rt.

Makes one loaf.
