1 can Loma Linda RediBurger

1/4 cup oil

1/4 lb. of saltine crackers, crushed(this would be one cylinder of a box)

2 eggs

1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

1 T. Bill Best " Beaf " Seasoning

1 med. Onion, chopped

1 tsp. Sage

1 cup milk

1 tsp. Garlic Salt

Mix all the ingredients together, using hands. Bake at 375 deg. for 30

minutes uncovered in a large sprayed casserole dish. Make a mixture of 1

1/2 cups ketchup and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Spread over the Meatloaf and bake

20 minutes more.

Thank you...thank you...thank you! I picked up 3 cans of RediBurger for .99

cents each in a sale basket at a local Ingles store. Seems no one buys them

up here in the Ga. Mountains. Guess they are too busy eating buffets. I

also got a can of Vegetable Steaks. And so far, I haven't been able to

figure out what to do with any of them.

Now, I know. Except....I will add Wasabi mustard instead of the Veganaise.

Uh....not sure where to get the " beef " seasoning. Health food store?

.

This recipe looks really good, but I don’t think any stores in my area carry

RediBurger, at least I have never seen it. I wonder if I could substitute TVP?

How much is in one of those cans?

Thanks,

Di
