Guest guest Posted November 30, 2007 Report Share Posted November 30, 2007 @@@@@ Homemade Boursin Style Cheese 8 oz. package of softened cream cheese 1/4 cup of softened butter 1 clove of garlic, minced 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan, or Romano cheese 1/4 teaspoon of marjoram 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 1/8 teaspoon of thyme 1/8 teaspoon of basil 1/8 teaspoon of dill 1/2 teaspoon of oregano 1/4 teaspoon of salt Pinch of chives Pinch of parsley Cream ingredients together. Refrigerate before serving. Serve with crackers.
