Guest guest
For the first time my indoor Rosemary plant is thriving and has for many months. I have often tried keeping a Rosemary plant alive indoors but it has never worked until now. Could it be that it's companion plant , same pot is Thyme??? Anyway you might try keeping your 'Rosemary Trees' alive by planting Thyme with them. Deanna in Colorado
Guest guest
I will have to try that! I don't feel so bad now. I picked up a ball topiary rosemary from Trader Joe's. They didn't make it! Guest guest
i ma so glad. I have told you that I do not grow rosemary in my garden because their ia bush as tall as me and seven feet across about twenty yards in front of my house. Last night I wanted to make some Rosemary garlic chips, so off I toddled in hte dark with my secateurs and thought to myself these stalks are big. When I got back the complete handful was just a mass of dark brown dead foliage. I have never notice that rosemary died off. So it was plan b and picked the thyme in my garden instead and have thyme and garlic chips, which was excellent. Both thyme and rosemary have heavy type stems heavier than mint or coriander or sage perhaps that make them thrive or is it the fact that they are both native to the same area.
