Guest guest
Banana Honey Orange Sweet Wheat Bread 3 cups wheat flour 1 rounded tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda ½ cup canola oil ¾ cup honey 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 1/3 cups mashed ripe bananas ½ cup orange juice 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In a large bowl mix oil, honey (if you measure honey into the same measuring cup after you measure out the oil, the honey will pour out of the cup easily). Mix well. Add eggs, bananas and orange juice, mix well. Now add the dry ingredients and stir well. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased loaf pans I use 2 of the 8X5 pans. Bake between 45-55 mins. Test with a toothpick. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack. The seed is in bloom, will it meet an early doom or survive in a tranquil sea? Does it face an early end, will it find a real friend, should it be called humanity? Will creation of man bring death by his hand or will life be his destiny? The Seed - Rare Earth Never miss a thing. Make your homepage.

Guest guest
I can't wait to try this. I can give away during the holidays. I will keep a few loaves for myself. I'm trying to cut down on white flour and refined sugar and still have flavor. I believe this is it. Jewel , " wwjd " <jtwigg wrote: > > Thanks Donna for posting this.
