The breakfast burrito sounds good. I've not put the sausage meat substitute into

this before. I'll have to try that.

 

Boy we like leftovers from dinner too, at breakfast. Yummy.

I like to make a breakfast burrito, diced potatoes sauted with bell

peppers and onions, Boca sausage and eggs. Then I add some salsa and

put all this into a heated flour tortilla.

Or I will eat leftovers like pizza or spaghetti cold from the fridge.

Where did you find the Soyrizo? I've not tried that brand and don't

remember seeing it before. Health food stores?

I love Worthington Prosage and Morningstar Farms Breakfast Links though and

have some in the freezer.
