Best salt in the world Celtic Sea Salt Cabrita and salt

It's really not strabnge. I know 3 people that ended

up in the hospital with a sodium level too low. They

have to be very careful raising it, has to be done

slowly. I adore my salt and use Flower of the Ocean

Celtic Sea Salt, it is very expensive but you only

need a little bit. Salt makes food taste wonderful

without the MSG or other preservatives. If you have

no medical problems with blood pressure I see no

reason to go on a salt free restricted diet.

If anyone has tasted a good gourmet salt they know the

difference.
