Guest guest
It's really not strabnge. I know 3 people that ended up in the hospital with a sodium level too low. They have to be very careful raising it, has to be done slowly. I adore my salt and use Flower of the Ocean Celtic Sea Salt, it is very expensive but you only need a little bit. Salt makes food taste wonderful without the MSG or other preservatives. If you have no medical problems with blood pressure I see no reason to go on a salt free restricted diet. If anyone has tasted a good gourmet salt they know the difference.
