Guest guest
This is a new recipe to me. I made it for a party last weekend and it was a hit with young and old. I have to admit that I used only 3 spinach tortillas to make them a little more decadent. Craisin/Cheese Pinwheels 1 pkg Craisins or bulk dried cranberries - 170 gm/6 oz. 1 8oz tub of spreadable cream cheese 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese 1/4 cup of chopped green onions 4 large spinach, whole-wheat or plain flour tortillas Combine filling ingredients and mix well. Divide equally and spread mixture evenly over the tortillas. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into thin or thick slices. Guest guest
These sound great and I bet they look festive with the green tortilla's and the red cranberries.
