I know miso boosts immune system. Anyway, from now on I will have miso every day for precaution, because so far 3 times today I just put a big ol' lump of red miso in a cup of hot water, and stirred it up and drank it, it soothes the mouth and the throat, and I know it is doing me well. It tastes yummy, like broth ok, that is that, hugs, night night, <sniffle sniffle> Chanda - Donnalilacflower @ <%40> Sunday, December 16, 2007 10:46 PM Re: romantic dinner question Tell us more, does your guest like ethnic foods, spicy foods?
