Guest guest
Hi all, Anyone have a good recipe that uses a bag of veggie meat balls? I never made sweet and sour meat balls or any thing along those lines for a pot luck, being that I'm a vegetarian, but I have a couple of bags in the freezer and though I'd use them up. Thanks! Guest guest
How about good old-fashioned spaghetti and meatballs? Or Swedish Meatballs: * Package Frozen Meatballs * 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup * 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup * 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk * 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley Place meatballs in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish. In a separate medium bowl, combine the soups with the evaporated milk, stirring until smooth. Pour over the meatballs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Serve over No Yolk noodles (or egg noodles if you prefer).
Guest guest
I was just going to post that I make Swedish meatballs in the crockpot with cream of mushroom soup. I spoon it open rice or eat in center of mashed potatoes. It's a favorite dish of mine. Guest guest
I saute onions and bell peppers in a little olive oil, add some meatballs and then a little spaghetti sauce and make a meatball sandwich with them. Portia
