Guest guest Posted December 26, 2007 Report Share Posted December 26, 2007 Curried Corn Casserole Ingredients 1/4 cup melted margarine 2 (15-ounce) cans whole-kernel corn 3 tablespoons chopped onion 3 tablespoons pimento 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper 1/2 teaspoon curry powder 3/4 cup sour cream 1/2 teaspoon salt Pepper to taste Instructions Combine margarine, corn, onion, pimento, green pepper and curry powder in a skillet. Cook over low heat 8 to 10 minutes until tender. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Heat through, stirring often. Do not let it come to a boil. Serving quantity: Serves 6.
