I am new to vegetarian eating so this group has been an exciting find for me! I have been lurking for a few weeks now, reading the posts and checking out the recipes. My nutrition store owner/friend told me when I was purchasing some digestive enzymes that I should check out my blood type. Being as " red meat " was causing me much distress, I should look more into the vegetarian eating habits. I have to say I feel much better not eating red meat but need to find vegetarian dishes to try. Frankly, I just need to learn...period. I belong to another as I am an Army mom so I searched and found this one. I have been copying recipes with delight. I know I will be asking alot of questions...especially about shopping as my supplies are limited. The posts about " to tell or not to tell " helped me immensely over the holidays. I have been in Oklahoma since 1989 and before that, I was born and raised in Southern California, great vegetarian restaurants there, The Source in particular.
