Guest guest
I was very specific that I wanted a stand mixer not a hand held as I like to bake bread and felt the hand held would not be strong enough. Of course I also bought the mixer, I used some American Express gift cards I received from a trucker I do a lot of business with. I bought the mixer this afternoon and made some white chocolate raspberry blueberry muffins earlier this evening. They were good and creaming the butter and mixing the batter so much nicer then doing so by hand. Happy New Years. Guest guest
They are much more expensive, maybe. If I am mixing liquid, or even pancake batter, I have no problem with a hand held, but how do you make bread with one, or make a heavy dough for calzone. I still have my old hand held, but I haven't used it in 20 years. Katie jenntinysam <jlbart74 wrote: I dont know why but I can never talk my hubby into buying me a mixer that isnt hand held.. Guest guest
Mine makes great bread! It even grinds, makes spaghetti, etc.... Used to do it, but no longer. Anyone want a blue one in Florida? --- Katie M <cozycate wrote: > They are much more expensive, maybe.
