Guest guest
Katie (and all), Any calzone recipes you can share? I've had some good luck with pizza recently and would like to try calzone. Thanks much, Mike Katie M said: > but how do you make bread with one, or make a heavy dough for calzone.
Guest guest
I use bread dough rolled then and then put the goodies on half of it. I use a mixture of finely chopped brocolli, muchrooms, and chopped spinach, sauted together with some Italian spices and ricatta cheese. Then I put on some tomoto sauce and fold it over and bake it about 20 minutes at 350*. It is easy and even the grandkids like it.
