When you crave quiche but don't have the time....

 

Spinach Brownies

 

1- 10 oz package chopped spinach

1 cup flour

11 teaspoon baking powder

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 cup butter

1 onion chopped

8 oz low fat mozzarella cheese

 

1. Place spinach in a pan and just cover with water bring to a boil remove

from heat and allow to wilt.

2. Add the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well then fold in spinach.

3. Pour into a 9 X 13 pan and bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until toothpick

comes out clean. Allow to cool a little to help firm up.

Could you verify how much baking powder to put in this recipe? Thanks. I

assume it is 1 instead of 11 right?
