Guest guest
I love rice stick noodles. Boil water, drop in and boil on very low for 3 mins. While in the pan boiling take the kitchen scissors and cut through them. Drain in colander. Now get a wok or dutch oven pan ready with a little oil, turn up the heat and drop in chopped veggies, toss in the noodles and add your herbs and keep adding vegetable broth as you toss and cook on a high heat. I make " Pancit " all the time. You will love them, they do not get mushy or starchy, they soften and yet keep their shape. I have been cooking with those since age 12. Enjoy!
