Anaheim and Cayenne Pepper Salad Dressing

 

1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

2 Anaheim Chile, roasted seeded peeled and chopped

1/2 cup Ketchup

3/4 cup Vinegar

1 tablespoon Oil

1 teaspoon Sugar

2 cloves Organic Garlic

Black Pepper

 

 

 

 

 

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

 

Servings: 1/3 cup
