Guest guest Posted January 12, 2008 Report Share Posted January 12, 2008 @@@@@ Zinfandel Salad Dressing 3 cup sliced green onions 1/4 cup red Zinfandel wine 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 2 garlic cloves 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 3/4 cup mayonnaise Combine all ingredients except mayonnaise in blender; blend until onions and garlic are minced. Add mayonnaise and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until cold. Whisk dressing before using. Servings: Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
