Guest guest
Yum. We made cooked apples last night for supper and because of seeing this post I topped it with granola. Oh yum...the kiddos munched it all down and asked for seconds! Thanks! Guest guest
Nature Valley is one brand I use Quaker low fat Granola bars and crush them up with my food processor. I have also bought kashi and another granola cereal but right off the top of my head, you can check out this link. Its where I looked when I was looking for granola brands when I first got this recipe http://www.amazon.com/b/ref=sc_fe_c_2_0_16310251_4?ie=UTF8 & node=16318901 & no=1631\ 0251 & me=ATVPDKIKX0DER HUGS Jenn - blue31167 Thursday, January 17, 2008 4:01 PM Re: Warm Apples with Granola topping , " Jenn Bartimus " <jlbart74 wrote: > > Warm Apples with Granola topping > Love apples and this just makes a good thing a little better. > > Ingredients > > 1 small apple > 2 tablespoons granola > 1 packet splenda (to taste) > 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (or to taste) > > Core and dice the apple into large chunks.
