New Cookbook - Recipes from the Heart

I just got a wonderful new vegetarian cookbook called, Recipes from the

Heart, that has the recipes from a Restuarant in California, called " The

Spot Natural Food Restaurant " . Our dear Donna(who is friends with the

owner and frequents this favorite restaurant) sent me this and I've been

salivating as I looked thru it. So many good recipes to make. The recipes

are vegan and lacto-ova and look delicious.

Recipe sections are :

-Homemade soups

-Salad Dressings, Gravies and Sauces

-Main Dishes

-Italian Food

-Mexican Food

-Baked Tofu

-Breads, Pie Shells, Biscuits and Cornbread

-Dessert, Naturally

Here is the website for the restaurant and how you can order one.

The spiral cookbook is 90 pages.

Yours to Enjoy,

Judy

Yes Mexican, Teriyaki and Savory Baked Tofu. I need to pop into the store and

get some Tamari as lots of the recipes call for it, including these.
