Guest guest Posted January 23, 2008 Report Share Posted January 23, 2008 Red Cabbage Manchurian Ingredients cabbage (finely chopped) food color(red) salt to taste onions (finely copped) green chilly garlic red chilly sauce soya sauce ajinomoto (monododium glutamate)(optional) coriander leaves oil maida (refined flour) Method Take finely chopped cabbage mix maida and a pinch of red color (food color)and a pinch of salt to it. Make the mix into small balls. Take a frying pan, take oil for deep frying in that. After heating the oil deep fry the small dough balls and take them out when it becomes red. Take another small frying pan heat 1-2 table spoons of oil Take finely chopped onions and green chills and finely chopped garlic fry them in a low flame, Add 1 table spoon red chili sauce and 1 table spoon soya sauce to it Mix them well Take the fried cabbage balls add to it and mix them well. Lastly add Ajinomoto and coriander leaves to it .
