Dr. Jacob Mittleider is the founder of the Mittleider method of gardening.

The methods are similar but the spacing is different than the SFG.

You can find out more info here:

I have

been using the Mittleider method for 3 years and have had 7-10 times

the yield as my last garden. This is great because I grow about 75%

of the food I eat.

This is a very interesting website. Thanks for this info. I'm going to read

more about it on their website. I've read about Dr. Mittleider on the website

and I found it so intriguing, especially after being a square foot gardener

already.

interesting! I will probably stick to my square-foot

jungle for a while before I switch to anything else,

but thank you for introducing me to FFEF .

Immediately it looks to me like higher maintenance

than SFG - I invested into the mix and boxes, and the

rest of the time, juts watered my plants. The FFEF

technic requires weekly feed with the mix.

Is it suitable for small backyards/patios?

Thanks

Olga
