Guest guest
Hi Laura and thanks for the welcome. I am so new to a vegan way of life that I don't have a lot of expertise to offer but look forward to learning. My biggest problem at the moment is hunger. When I eat my meals, I feel great but not too long after I have to have a cup of green tea or something to curb cravings. I am hoping that with each day that passes it will get better. What are some of your favorite things to munch on? Maybe I need to add more to my diet than I am eating. Terri
Guest guest
Hi Terri, It's very hard but we have to keep moving forward and remembering all the good times and fun. I can still smell the bread baking and the hot cookies in the oven. I have a hard time reading her recipes since she wrote so small but so far everything is turing out just as she made baked it. I have a few recipes I will try to post soon! Have a wonderful weekend and keep making your Gran's recipes. Donna --- Terri Bond <princess_alana2004 wrote: > My grandmother has dementia.
