Guest guest
This sounds great, but how is it eaten? As a meatloaf, on a sandwhich? Guest guest
Eat it hot as a loaf, baked in a casserole dish. You can also use left overs, heated or cold, to make wonderful sandwiches on some Whole Wheat bread spread with some Veganaise or Mayo. Guest guest
I tried this tonight. My husband, who is a carnivore said it was quite acceptable. I did not like it, though. I think the reason is that I absolutely loath, detest and abhore peanut butter. I had to smell it while it was cooking and by the time it was ready to eat all I could still smell and taste was peanut butter. Telling you that my husband liked it though, is high praise.
