Guest guest
We use this one. Anaheim chiles http://www.tradewindsfruit.com/hot_pepper_anaheim.jpg I buy them fresh or in a can whole or diced up as Ortega chiles. Mild, not real hot. They split open easily and you can stuff them. They are great diced and added to salsa or guacamole. Guest guest
Thanks. I get canned Ortega chilies and those are perfect, but it is really had to make chilli relleno with diced chillies. They don't stick togther well. Thanks again. Katie Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: We use this one.
