Katie : Chili Relleno en Casserole

Did ytou look for cans of the whole chiles? The

Ortega is diced to add to dishes and then they have

the whole ones all folded up and stuffed into the

cans.

Maybe you can only get the diced style.

I have seen those, but thought they must be really tiny chillies to go into such

a small can, so they couldn't be what I wanted. Is one chilli in each can?

There are a couple peppers folded up in each can.

Really. I know it looked like they wouldn't fit but

they do.
