Has anyone tried this (various products under the " Quorn " brand? If so, what's

your feedback on it?

I have and I have liked their various and sundry products.

I think I heard/read about allergic problems with it never

caused me any problems.

I tried a Quorn product for the first time this past week, a chicken-like

pattie. Good breading and good texture, but kind of a strange taste. Still,

better than most soy chicken substitutes I've tried.

I've tried the Roast and the Naked Cutlets. Loved them both!

I made an apricot preserve-mustard spread for the roast....excellent!

The product that I can get for meat substitute is mostly by

Snieders. They have meatless meatballs, chicken patties and chicken

nuggets. My kids love these.
