I'm addicted to

Penzey's. Sunny Paris. I go through the cardamom, cinnamon and cumin. Oh and

smoked paprika and my garlic salt blend called Jamaica Me Crazy. I use a lot of

Herbs de Provence it's that lavender in the blend that makes it.

Some of my new favorite spice blends are ---

Bragg's Sea Kelp Delight Seasoning and Bragg Sprinkle All Natural Herb and

Spice Seasoning.

http://www.bragg.com/products/products.html

I love the Herb and Spice Seasoning Sprinkle on Salads, Sandwich spreads, in

soups.......

I used the Sea Kelp Delight in the Garbanzo Bean " Toona " spread I make(in our

recipe files) and it was tasted even better. I also added a little Hidden

Valley Ranch Dressing to the Toona Spread......... So good. I put the " toona "

spread on some crusty bread with fresh spinach leaves for a delicious sandwich.

Would have been great in a pita pocket too.

Other favorites are

Bragg Liquid Amino's(love to add to stir fries and sauted veggies after they

cook)

Curry Powder and Garam Marsala (to Indian food dishes),

McCormick Spice Grind of Roasted Garlic with Sea Salt and Tony Chachere's Creole

Seasoning(add to most any savory dishes after they are cooked/baked).

Cumin Seeds(and ground), Coriander, Ground Fennel, ground Cinnamon, Rosemary,

Basil, oregano.......

I like using any of the following for making Vegetable Broth :

Maggie's Vegetable Bouillon, the Organic Gourmet Vegetable Bouillon, Knoor's

Vegetable Bouillon and Better than Bouillon vegetable flavor. Just add any of

the to water.

I also like using the following powdered Vegetarian " Chicken " and " Beef "

flavorings to make broths for soups, add to stir fries, gravy, scramble

tofu( " chicken " one), dressings/stuffings, rice casseroles, ect....

McKays " Chicken and Beef Style " Seasonings http://www.mckays-seasoning.com/

Bills Best " Chik'nish and Beaf " Seasoning. http://www.billsbest.net/

Enjoy,

Judy

Ouch! That would be HOT! I'm more of the dried chives, Mrs. Dash, and

Italian seasoning person.

When I roast vegetables I use fresh rosemary.

Lately since I am getting into coking Indian, my favorite blend is coriander,

cumin, turmerick, garam masala, and garlic powder.

mix this up in a sauce and throw it over anything.

Chanda

I love Cilantro also - and I put Tabasco on lots of things because I really love

hot and spicy. I also use balsamic vinegar in a lot of my recipes and soups.
