Kathleen - difference between term - Vegan and Lacto Ova Vegetarian

Vegetarian includes both Vegans and Lacto Ova Vegetarian

 

Vegan only eat nuts, grains, veggies, fruit, seeds, and no animal products,

including no eggs or milk. Also doesn't eat things with gelatin, meat stock or

meat seasoning, butter, etc..

 

Lacto Ova Vegetarians - only eats nuts, grains, sees, veggies, fruit, but

does eat eggs(ova) and milk(lacto). Doesn't eat things with gelatin, meat stock

or meat seasoning.
