Guest guest Posted February 4, 2008 Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 Vegetarian includes both Vegans and Lacto Ova Vegetarian Vegan only eat nuts, grains, veggies, fruit, seeds, and no animal products, including no eggs or milk. Also doesn't eat things with gelatin, meat stock or meat seasoning, butter, etc.. Lacto Ova Vegetarians - only eats nuts, grains, sees, veggies, fruit, but does eat eggs(ova) and milk(lacto).
