Guest guest
I see that you have received excellent advice about why veggies and fruits may cause your intestinal tract to become 'upset'. It is a simple matter of CHEWING..Not kidding. We don't have to worry so much about chewing other gooey, soft food items. But veggies, fruits, nuts and grains need extra chewing. Don't worry you have the grinders (teeth smile) just like all of your herbivore animal cousins. Chewing is so very important. Take your time and savor the taste and texture. Until your system gets accustomed to the change you will notice the physical differences. Including flatulance. I have reminded my family for years be attuned to your 'body fluids', etc. All of them. Research and find out how healthy bodies act and feel. Preparing and eating food is fun.. Deanna in Colorado
Guest guest
Boy do I ever agree with you. Grind the food fine. The start to digestion is in the fluids in the mouth. The food has to be ground and covered before swallowed. Put your fork down and chew your food 30 to 35 times before swallowing. You will have much better digestion. Guest guest
I have found this to be true for me as well - Chew Chew Chew! I also eliminated carbonated water, which I LOVE, but which made a huge difference in my digestion. - T
