Guest guest
Well - it's further away for you. I have 8 years until I reach 65, Colin is only 9 months older than me. I didn't think much about it until this last year, and then I realised it is coming up quickly. I have been paying into a works pension for the last eleven years, but this is the first job where I've had that option. It will help, but we will not be well off. , fraggle <EBbrewpunx wrote: > > i can barely plan out wot i'm doing over a weekend...nevermind retirement... > > i'm sure if i survive that long, i'll be destitute and living in a neo-cardboard box > > > >earthstrm <earthstorm > >Feb 9, 2006 7:08 PM > > > > Re: Eating out > > > >Hi Jo > > > >I cannot blame you. Guest guest
If you live with me in my house, we could spend the day gardening, discussing intellectual books, visiting nature trails. I am still a person that is learning about life. will always ask questions to the moon and such. I do not feel at all happy living in suburbia. I try not to complain too much, to not worry my husband. but I would be happier either in a complete farm. total extreme of acres and fields of animals and trees and nature. or the other extreme, a city that is just cement and blocks of concrete and just humans live in tall buildings. but I feel that suburbia where I live is a complete waste of earthly space. everybody has half an acre. nobody makes any good use of it. just sprawl ouuut...taking away the space from the animals that need it more. to us a tree is just decoration. to them a tree is their house. their survival. I have put up a pictures of the events taking place in my neighborhood this week. Thank you all if anyone you would understand you would why I am not the only sensitive freek that cries over falling trees. http://www.fotolog.com/zurumato , " jo " <jo.heartwork wrote: > > Hi Nikki > > It's lovely to have offers like that. :-) > > BB > Jo > - > " earthstrm " <earthstorm > > Friday, February 10, 2006 8:16 PM > Re: retirement > > > > Hi Jo > > > > That's what he gets for abandoning the group and making his dear Mum > > & Fraggle run things all alone! > > > > Besides, then you can always come live with Fraggle, Anouk or I. > > > > BB > > Nikki
