Guest guest
I work at a natural foods company and of course I bought the stuffed tofurky we had left over from the holidays and have finally enjoyed it. I decided that I would try it in the crockpot. Quartered some onions, potatoes, celery and tossed in baby carrots. I sprayed Braggs amino acids, added some chives (just because) some garlic flakes, veg chicken broth, about 1c of water and poured on the " giblet gravy " , covered it then went to work. When I arrived home I was greeted with that home cooked meal smell, just right for a cold late winter's day. I sliced right into that small football of a " roast " and had at it. It hit the spot! My dogs agreed, it was just right after a long winter's nap. Me loves the crockpot!
