I decided about 1 month ago to make a lifestyle change and couldn't be more happier. I don't have the hunger cravings and kind of flew past that. Guess I was so excited to just jump right into it. I just basically got tired of trying different diet plans and not losing anything. The fundamentals of raw living food just makes complete and absolute sense. So, hang in there - you'll be just fine.
