we still haven't got a lot of rain,

just once in four months,

there is no grass anymore, just dry patches,

and no rain in the forecast. People are not allowed fires.

it was freud that said that too many days of sunny and 85 degrees

can be hell.

although, I don't really like him.

Our forecast for this weekend was dry and sunny with temperatures ranging

between 15 and 17. It has been sunny and showery, with temperatures between

12 and 14 :-(

I think that if I were to visit england, that i would like it because

I hear that it is foggy and cloudy,

that is a good thing for someone with Sun sensitivity like me.

and one of the things I miss about ny.

I mean the sun is wonderful.. but not too much.

hi fraggle,

all that rain will make a nice green summer :)

whoever is in charge of the weather in this group.

please don't think about hurricanes, my way any time soon.

two weeks ago, I recieved my order from my membership in the

National Arbor Day foundation.

I've got about 10 little trees that are just babies, and very skinny.

I have planted them and they are doing well, they sure drink up a lot

of water ;)

growing baby leaves

and looking cute.

but don't all moms say that about their little trees?

Hi Anouk

England is foggy and cloudy some of the time - sunny others, frosty,

snowy others. Our forecasts change every few hours, and even then

they are not correct :-)

you forgot to mention rainy it is also rainy alot of

the time.Personally i love the rain and the fog and

the snow but i don't much like the sun.

I love waking up and looking out and it is raining

particularly if it then rains most of the day that is

one of the things i love about living in England

but then i don't like bank holidays or

fridays, saturdays or sundays and my favourite day is

Monday.

oh..not fer us...

we don't have green summers....

cattle long ago ate up all the indigenous bunch grasses...

we have european grass now on all the hills....

once summer arrives, everything turns brown/golden

once it stops raining, it shouldn't rain again until next fall/winter...

assumin our weather hasn't gone completely loco
