Guest guest
Articles like the one before, the rest on peak oil, some reading on dreams and about Ghosts on the net have made me feel scared at night and even creepy. I have bought a simple night light from dollar store and now am able to sleep more peacefully. Given recent developments, consider getting a night lamp and see if it helps. Guest guest
thank you for sharing that. I will admit that I have a teddy bear that makes me feel comfortable at night. grown ups can have teddy bears too. maybe you should have one. I have bought one for my husband and he is 6'4 and 33 years old. I am not joking. I think it really helps to hug something at night that is cute and soft. It must be a primitive brain thing. Have you also tried Herbs? there is a flower growing in my backyard, which I could send you, if you like. it is called Passiflora and it really does put one to sleep calmly without any side effects. I have also heard that valerian does this as well. I make tea sometimes and sip while I watch tv or read a book and it really isn't a chore. But the best thing that I can say to you is that I HAVE bEEN thERE! and I am sure others on this chat group have as we are all sensitvive, caring people and it is our nature to care about the events affecting our precious vanishing beautiful heavan on earth planet. and Ghosts? I once told my granpa that I was afraid of ghosts. and he told me " do not be afraid of ghosts doing you harm. It is the man alive that can do you harm " you have a tremendously beautiful warm heart with lots of light that you give to others, that is your gift. I see this in you emails. I am sending you HUGSS!! you are not alone , " rvijay " <rvijay07 wrote: > > Articles like the one before, the rest on peak oil, some reading on > dreams and about Ghosts on the net have made me feel scared at night > and even creepy. Guest guest
HI Anouk Aren't you soft and cuddly then? :-) Vijay - I spent my whole life being frightened of the dark. I improved tremendously after Peter did his shamanic thing with me. I think the rest of any unease in the dark is because I can't see anything at all, other than large grey blobs looming in on me and floating around. No wonder I was terrified at night when I was a kid. My parents would never let me have a nightlight, or leave the door open a crack with the hall light on. I read once a couple of years ago about a rare fault that some people have that means their sight is not as it should be in the dark, and I was quite relieved to find I wasn't the only one. Jo I have bought one for my husband and he is 6'4 and 33 years old. I am not joking. I think it really helps to hug something at night that is cute and soft. It must be a primitive brain thing. I have good eye sight though, felt scared sometimes as a kid, but nothing like the recent ones. > My parents would never let me have a > nightlight, or leave the door open a crack with the hall light on. Yes, it is good to know when you are not the only one with the problems. Usually, there are others and a possible support group also online. Thing is I read pretty much the whole day, or infront of PC, then watch some TV too. So doing the same again when the creepy feeling comes doesn't help. > > But the best thing that I can say to you is that > I HAVE bEEN thERE! and I am sure others on this chat group have > as we are all sensitvive, caring people and it is our nature > to care about the events affecting our precious vanishing > beautiful heavan on earth planet. This is very true. Reading about all this stuff, specially the RFID etc., is quite creepy. Cause with RFID you can and will be spied on all the time. There is no privacy any more. > and Ghosts? I once told my granpa that I was afraid of ghosts. > and he told me " do not be afraid of ghosts doing you harm. This may sound funny, but recently I felt the spirit/form of some of my relatives who are old close to me. I felt one of them try to pull the comforter on me lovingly. > you have a tremendously beautiful warm heart with lots of light > that you give to others, that is your gift. I see this in you > emails. Thank You. I recently found that I am an INFJ. Try to do the best I can. In the past I have had several people who got close to me, who I strongly believe had personality disorders and then took advantage of my good/calm nature. I dealt with them but these people can really, really drain your energy. I was wondering what is wrong with me for some time, since I seemed to attract these people no matter where I went. Whew ! Whew ! It was quiet a terrifying experience. Now things are atleast better in this regard somewhat. > I am sending you HUGSS!! > you are not alone > Thanks for the HUGSS !! I don't think that sounds funny. My family has had similar experiences after a death in the family. Jo
