Guest guest
Hi Peter >Hi Peter, which restaurant is that? I would like to visit one day , is it family oriented, maybe make a day of it, any > suggestions? Cafe Maitreya is the very good (but slightly expensive) one.... but there's loads of other good places - depends on what you want.... I recommend the One Stop Thali who do a great vegan Thali... there's also at least 3 good cafes who do a good range for vegans. I also forgot to mention to Fraggle that Bath has Demuths - I've never been there myself, but I've heard nothing but good things about it.... Guest guest
We don't mind travelling either - so we could end up with a group of us going out for dinner :-) All we need now is for Nikki to be able to come over. Guest guest
Hi Fraggle It was me having a rant one day. To be fair though, we have eaten at Demuths three times. Twice I was really impressed. The other time was when I ordered vegan sausage, mash, topped with baked leeks and served with onion and wine gravy. Whne it came there were no leeks because they had run out and they had substituted a tablespoon of sprouted seeds. I felt cheated. The other times the food was lovely, and I would go there again.
