Therefore we have simply ceased trading. As I understand it, any creditor can consider starting proceedings to liquidate the company, although the absence of assets may make it unattractive. .They delivered veg boxes anywhere in the U.K. at very reasonable prices. I don't know if they are still trading. Maybe the stall wasn't going to well. We should all be trying to eat produce if not grown locally, then at least from the same country, sure that means not having bluberries from Venezuela, but hey, cooking whats in season is a challenge we should be taking, and can be rewarding. Guest guest Posted May 24, 2006 Report Share Posted May 24, 2006 do you have competing Big Supermarkets? here in the US, we have Whole foods(and other big supermarkets), which is slowly killing the local farmer in the US, because it is more convenient to shop there even though everything comes from a forieng country. that being said, the farmers have a place set up in front of the library on saturday mornings, and that is doing well. it is up to the people every penny is a vote. , " jo " <jo.heartwork wrote: > > That is sad.
