Guest guest
so, all weekend long, the infotainment juggernaut has shown, repeatedly, and ad naseum, the still photo/death mask of Zarqawi over here over and over again... am i the only who thinks they would have happily stuck it on a pike and paraded it thru Fox news if they could? suprised it wasn't just lopped off and shipped to bush and blair so they could dance around it.... civilization...where? and, while Zarqawi was obviously a thug....he also was about as important as a meter maid is to a city's police department and, to top it all off, reports are coming thru that US forces took him out of an ambulance and stood on his chest when they tried to interogate him.... onward x-tian soldiers

Oh come now, I think you're being a tad unfair. They'd much rather have captured him alive, and had him hung, drawn and quartered live on Fox News... *then* had his head put on a spike.... Guest guest
hi fraggle, the US, can kill all kinds of alqueada leaders left and right. That isn't going to solve anything. tomoroww there will be a new one, and if they kill that one, then there will be another one and another waiting in line.. still another that was just born today. and his cousin. They need to solve the Root of the problem. Violence=Violence. , fraggle <EBbrewpunx wrote: > > so, all weekend long, the infotainment juggernaut has shown, repeatedly, and ad naseum, the still photo/death mask of Zarqawi over here > over and over again... > am i the only who thinks they would have happily stuck it on a pike and paraded it thru Fox news if they could? > suprised it wasn't just lopped off and shipped to bush and blair so they could dance around it.... > civilization...where? > and, while Zarqawi was obviously a thug....he also was about as important as a meter maid is to a city's police department > and, to top it all off, reports are coming thru that US forces took him out of an ambulance and stood on his chest when they tried to interogate him.... > onward x-tian soldiers >

It is a worm aslo, I had written something in response to the Omega three that Jo sent, and it never showed up. it is very strange. Guest guest
I haven't really watched any news here for a while (football instead), so I don't know if they are doing the same here. It sounds very gruesome, and a shame that they do not realise it is not nice to gloat on a death, no matter how bad the person was. As you say, his death will not stop the problems - might even make it worse !
