Judy send me a large container of Beaf

I finally tried it tonight. I made a little broth

with it and sauteed my chard with, smoked paprika,

garlic and onions. This is one delicious product. I

can wait ti use it in beans, rice and soups.

Oh I'm so glad you enjoyed it. It makes good broth for soups. For stir-fries,

I cut up Worthington Choplets(gluten/seitan patties) into small pieces, pat dry

with a paper towel. Then brown in some oil. Once browned I sprinkle them with

the Bill Best Beaf Seasoning and some Lawry's seasoned salt. Remove it from the

wok. To the wok I then add sliced assortment of veggies and stir fry them in a

little oil, adding some garlic and ginger. When tender crisp, I add back in the

brown Choplet pieces and add some Bragg's Liquid Amino's.

Serve over basmati rice.

 

Also it is delicious my recipes for Vegetarian " Meatloaf " , and Vegetable fried

rice.
