How to eat raw garlic and not stink

I would eat raw garlic everyday if I could. I crush it and then mix

it with raw honey and spread it over toasted Millet bread. So good

and really great when getting that sick feeling. My husband HATES the

smell and people around me can smell it and back away. Our house stays

garlicky for a while afterwards too. Any tips? Is garlic just as

healthy when it is baked? I know it smells less this way. I posted

this earlier-did no one see it?

I bake it and eat, it still makes you smell just a

little less. I don'yt care if I smell, keeps the

pests out of my office at work.LOL

The seed is in bloom, will it meet an early doom

or survive in a tranquil sea?

Does it face an early end, will it find a real friend,

should it be called humanity?

Will creation of man bring death by his hand

or will life be his destiny?

Yep it stinks, parsley and coriander neutralise it a bit as does fresh

fennel. However it is healty raw and soem of the benfits are lost when

cooked. However it is still important raw. Still very healtyh but raw is

best
