Guest guest Posted February 17, 2008 Report Share Posted February 17, 2008 Thai Chili Lime Ginger Sauce 2 tablespoons chopped ginger 2 tablespoons chopped garlic 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons lime juice 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch Combine ginger, garlic, red pepper, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, cilantro, cornstarch and 1 cup water in a blender or food processor bowl. Blend for 30 seconds or until garlic and ginger is coarsely pureed. Pour chili lime soy sauce into stir-fry once vegetables have been cooked.
